When you’re having difficulty with making decisions about where to take your life
- it can really get you down
- that mind chatter we have works over time
- it’s really hard to see clearly what it is we want or how to get it
- or even understanding why we can’t reach what we want
- We can struggle to take action in important areas of our lives
- Quite often we have blocks in our way and don’t realise what it is that is preventing us from succeeding.
but yet a lot of us plod on and struggle!
Some people would say that they already know what they should or need to do; they just need to get on with it.
